We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. They must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return Shipping Methods

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

  • Standard Returns: You may use any carrier of your choice.
  • International Returns: Please note that international returns may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are non-refundable.

Refund Process
