• Free Shipping
  Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
  Delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If an item isn’t the perfect fit, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps for a seamless process:

1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange.
2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
3. Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind.

Refund Process

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Ulla Johnson x Cabana Home Décor (due to the custom nature of these items)
• Items from Ulla’s Closet (special collection pieces)
• Signature Prints (custom printed items)
• Any item without its original tags or showing signs of wear, washing, or damage.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
