Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom nature reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items from Ulla’s Closet collection
• Signature Prints items
• Any item without original tags or showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

Shipping

We ship internationally, excluding select remote areas and parts of Asia. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of items, with the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging
• A copy of the order confirmation must be included

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and details of items to return
3. Wait for authorization and instructions from our customer service team

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
